Federal Project No. 1 has a limited allotment of various articles of clothing for men, women and children, for distribution to WPA employees having relief status or to members of their families.

Only WPA employees with two or more dependents may apply for clothing, which will be distributed according to the available supply. Applications will be made on Form No. FP-#1-641, "Application for Clothing."

Applications may be obtained from the project timekeeper, and when filled out should be returned to the timekeeper not later than Wednesday, November 16th, 1938.

WPA employees currently receiving supplementary relief from the Department of Welfare are not eligible for clothing from WPA.

All applicants will be notified by mail whether their request for WPA clothing can be granted. Clothing allotments will be made only to those families determined to be in greatest need. This is made necessary by the limited supply.
