indicating to the Trustees that he wants to move, those guys (students, & the old-time painting instructors) who oppose the plan [[strikethrough]] have los [[/strikethrough]] feel that whatever opposition we could have mounted against the trustees would be meaningless. According to the latest news, the school will be out of the museum by June '73. After 25 years!

In my mind something is percolating - remember how I often say that events dictate the course of my life? I just have the feeling that June 73 would be the time to quit teaching. I.e.- the date has been selected for me.

One of my watercolors (Ontario Hills) was sold at BMAS - the one in the frame I patched. $200. Isn't that nice! And my classes have been showering me with very generous $ gifts! Also 2 date-nut cakes, a box of chocolates & lots of cards & roses - a letter from Billy, & John Bates and quite a few cards from your Canadian friends - some the kind of folks who send large cards in large envelopes which when you open them spill a shower of silver sequins onto the sweet-sun pigs' feet. Shower for pig. What a nice surprise! Dr Keber's ofc is quite a swanky place, after Dr Charlat. I think he's fine - a more careful worker. I have to go back next week for a filling that Dr C had botched. How are your parents?

Merry Xmas to them & to all.
