Dear Bob,

Just saw your show this morning: what a pleasure to see the wonderful new collages - strong, beautiful, indeed magical. It is a joy to witness the ongoing evolution of your work.

In the meantime, I have today also been offered an early painting of yours of which I am enclosing a transparency and a data sheet.

It occurred to me that because of its germinal aspect, it might perhaps interest you to have the painting. If this should be the case, I think that this could easily be arranged by a swap of a more recent work of yours.

Do let me know if you would like [[strikethrough]] be [[/strikethrough]] to pursue this.

With all best regards,

Most cordially,

Anre Emmerich
