One of the dungeons is where Rhoderic Dhu was imprisoned in, "The Lady of the Lake.

We walked around the castle wall and stood on the seat of Queen Victoria's lookout and looked through the hole in the wall where Queen Mary used to watch the tournament going on down below. If the day had been clear, there would have been a spacious view of the country, but as it was, all we could see was the Firth of Forth that twisted around like a huge snake.

After the Castle, we walked around and saw what we could of the town.
