SIXTH: That the instrument propounded for probate is invalid as a Last Will and Testament and is illegal and void. A jury trial is hereby demanded of all the issues raised by the petition and the answer herein.
WHEREFORE, the above named Edith F. Ranger, contestant herein prays that the probate of said alleged last Will and Testament of Henry W. Ranger, deceased, be denied, [[left margin]] Fol. 5 [[/left margin]] and that this proceeding may be dismissed with costs.
