TAKE NOTICE that on the proceedings heretofore had herein, and on the Affidavits of William Macbeth and Charles Henry Phelps, copies of which are annexed hereto, a motion will be made to one of the Surrogates of this County, at Surrogates" Court, Chambers, in the Hall of Records Building, in the City and County of New York, on the Twelfth day of December, 1916, at half past ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an order appointing a temporary administrator or temporary administrators of the goods, chattels and credits of Henry W. Ranger, above-named deceased.
