The sister of the decedent, Edith F. Ranger, has appeared herein by her attorney, James C. McBachen, Esq., and filed an answer containing objections to the probate of the Will and this will necessitate delay until the issues raised by said answer can be determined. No other person has appeared or filed objections, and while is is the intention of the proponente to ask for a trial of the issues at the earliest practicable moment, it is evident that a temporary administrator or temporary administrators should be appointed to conserve the estate.
