WE, CHARLES HENRY PHELPS and WILLIAM MACBETH, heretofore appointed by an order of this Court as temporary administrators of the goods, chattels and credits of Henry W. Ranger, deceased, a resident of New York County, do hereby designate the Clerk of the Surrogates' Court and his successor in office as a person on whom service of any process issuing from the Surrogates' Court of the County of New York may be made in like manner and with like effect as if it were personally served upon us, or either of us, whenever we cannot be found and served within the State of New York after due diligence used. We reside, respectively, as follows: Charles Henry Phelps at No. 412 West End Avenue, Borough of Manhattan, City of New York; William Macbeth at No. 834 Prospect Place, Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York.
