At a Court of Probate held at Groton, Connecticut, for the district of Groton on the 27th day of May, A.D. 1918,

Present, Arthur P. Anderson, Judge. In the matter of the petition of Edith F. Ranger for letters of administration upon the estate of Henry W. Ranger deceased, presented to this court on the 17th day of April, 1917.

Edith F. Ranger having made written application to this court praying that the letters of administration be granted on the alleged intestate estate of Henry W. Ranger as by said application on file more fully appears, this court finds that the facts alleged in said petition of Edith F. Ranger, are untrue.

This court further finds that said Henry W. Ranger died leaving a will, which was on January 6th, 1917, admitted to probate in the Surrogate's court, for the County of New York, in the State of New York and that heretofore, to wit: on the 19th day of March, 1917, said will of Henry W. Ranger, so admitted to probate in the Surrogate's court as aforesaid, was approved and admitted to probate in this court in accordance with the Stature laws of this State.

It is, therefore, ordered that said petition of Edith R. Ranger for letters of administration upon the estate of Henry W. Ranger, deceased, presented to this court on April 17th, 1917, be and the same hereby denied.
