Dear Mrs. Parsons,

At last I have had an opportunity of writing you as per our conversation. I think I have everything incorporated in the "agreement" but if I have forgotten anything, please let me know.

Please sign one copy and return to me. I am at my country address:
New Lebanon Center, N'Y'

Mr. Hayter wrote me about giving him and his friends a show in the fall. I answered his letter by saying that you were coming in and I felt that we both would like to have the exhibition and that sometime he should get in touch with you and then we three could sit down and make plans. I am adamant about our having exclusive use of the plates of any of the artists we handle.

Don'T hesitate to write me about anyht ing [[anything]] you might want information or advice on.

Sincerely,
Mortimer Brandt
