Dear Mr. Brandt,

I received the agreement and I'm very sorry that I've not been able to answer you sooner by my mail has been held up. There are a few things that I would like to have clarified. The word, "supervision"? am I to select the exhibitions, or are you or are both of us [[strikethrough]] or what [[/strikethrough]] ? I agree to "no drawing, account" but - when the artist is signed up for an exhibition we contact the newspapers and printers etc.

Do you pay them and charge the artist afterwards or do you wish the artist to make a deposit beforehand. Also I think twenty five thousand is too much to cover overhead considering that I am paid no salary.

Finally what about old [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] or contemporary pictures that have been [[strikethrough]] given [[/strikethrough]] & undoubtedly will be given [[strikethrough]] to me [[/strikethrough]] to sell, [[strikethrough]] on the side. [[/strikethrough]] I have a number of them in storage now.

What commission do you get in such case? I am returning the agreement and I hope to hear from you very soon. I shall be at the above address certainly untill [[until]] August the first.

Very Sincerely,
