& guide one. As I write the clear sun breaks through. Some friends came for me last Sunday & took me out to Kew. The avenue of cherry blossoms in full bloom from deep shocking pink to palest white. Everywhere these wonderful spring flowers where one must tread softly, hardly breath to catch their eternal beauty. I find I walk in my own channel in these times, friends are blotted out & when one is alone with beauty one needs nothing, one is in a rarified air weightless desireless inexplicable content.
