to be hard for me. Mrs. Cuesta has gone back to hospital at five o clock. One morning she was screaming that she couldn't breath & was dying. I ran down & she was half on the floor & gasping. I phoned the ambulance & they came & took her off. Congestion of the lungs. Had I not been there she would have died 'tis said, but I believe that people die only when their hour is up. not before not after even though they go through hell. Well I didn't go to see her until two days ago, I received her news from her brother & friends. And I am [[?]] so overtired & my arm a long ache. She is alright & the hospital St Stephens is now very good indeed. How little one can believe in humans. People promise this & that only according to what they feel at the moment. Sometimes of course this has some meaning but by love it's rare.
