I have the honor to forward herewith consolidated Account Current for the month of January 1866. accompanied by the account and voucher of Capt J.P. Rutherford A.Q.M.

The account and vouchers of Capt James. P. Low A.Q.M. have already been forwarded by him to the Chief Accounting and Disbursing Officer.

This is the first consolidated Account Current made to the Commissioner as heretofore all the disbursements have been made by Capt Jas. P. Low. A.Q.M.
