The Congres [[clipping]] are making a thorough inquir [[clipping]] tered &c of the iniquity, and [[clipping]] moore than substantiate all o [[clipping]] e [[??]] that have been made [[clipping]]illians ought to be arrested tried, [[??]] without delay -and the damages collected from the city's receipts.

The Tenn Legislature on the 25th inst. admitted the colored man to the witness bx. in all the Courts of the State, and on the 26th, enacted a Civil Rights Bill that will if enforced secure protection to the persons and property of colored citizens
