Before me personally appeared the undersigned Pleasent Woodfall and being duly sworn deposes as follows

My name is Pleasent Woodfall. I am a discharged soldier. I live in the city of Memphis Tenn on the 2d day of May 1866, the house of James Hustin where I was boarding was burned up and all the things I had which were in the house was destroyed. My loss amounts tot. $175.00
