was fired a second time, I saw to U.S. Solders coming down Main St with their muskets. One of them was a tall man the other medium size. The latter said it was a shame and said he could kick the fire out with his foot the crowd which consisted principally of Irish induced the Soldiers to leave while the fire was burning a policeman made this remark, May the man that set the church on fire never be sick a day and hoped that every damned nigger would be burned out after this remark by the Policemen, OHearn called to "no ones" to fall in he talked of burning "Colwells Hall" on Gayoso St they then left in a body going down Vance Street and I went home.

Another affidavit mentions Coldwell's Hall.... it appears to be misspelled either here or in the other affidavit, but sounds like the same place.
