As for the Pierre Restany writings on my work I am not, of course, a very "able reader" but with all my best regards to dear Pierre I found his script very diplomatic in exchange, and very superficial. I find his human references about my work unnecessary in the content of the criticism of the contribution of my work. I can and will myself mention of human behavior and "conditioned humanity" that I experienced in the last decade, and before.

[[strikethrough]] Now whether or not we should have critics that is a different question. I personally respect all art (painting and sculpture) as I believe that the art dream shared by the artist colleagues is perhaps as sincere. [[/strikethrough]]

During 1968 I was asked to give a lecture at the New York University. I was helped to type this lecture by a guy whose name I don't remember (perhaps Frumkin Gallery will know of him or my friend Ann Geracimos)*. In editing this lecture, I was helped by my friend Mrs. Vivien Cambell. During this year I had talked against "Happenings". I was helped to find documentation on Kurt Schwitters and of "the Dada painters and poets". New York: Wittenborn, Schultz Inc., 1951, by art researcher, Annette Alward, then working at the M.O.M.A in New York of the International Department.

Some of the writings of this lecture I experienced a year or two later "negatively", with the most indescribable brutality forced upon me by "repetitive means", mostly the parts of the lecture that refer to the "way my mind works", or the parts of the lecture that referred on "Happenings", or architecture.

Could it have been that after my works had been used by the New York Art Research, which could be a possibility, that it was time for a lecture to formalize my thoughts further, some of which could be of further "enlightenment..." I have kept, separately, notes but I will only talk about some of them, in brief tonight. Experiences were often resembling a "double" like a double feature movie of either the suitcase of Dr. Dracula or of Agatha Cristie's novels or of Sherlock Holmes' mysteries painful experiance or of the movie "The Great Train Robbery" which is most likely the point, etc.
