FEITELSON ON ART : Sunday, July 3rd broadcast - Tape June 23rd.

ANNOUNCER: "Hard-edge" painting is internationally recognized as the newest tendency in contemporary painting. The distinguished English critic Lawrence Alloway says of this tendency: "A sign of the validity of hard-edge painting, and of its probable future development, is that its practitioners are not bound to a common look, or to a few moves. On the contrary, they face, as [[strikethrough]] a [[/stikethrough]]the reward of their principles, an expanding field." Today Lorser Feitelson will discuss some aspects of hard-edge painting.
