Mr. Robert Carlen
323 South 16th Street
Philadelphia 2, Pennsylvania

Dear Mr. Carlen:

One of the gentlemen on staff here, Irwin Richman, would find a 4" x 5" color transparency of your Hicks most useful. Having as it will something to do with the new William Penn Memorial Museum, you will naturally recieve the ownership credit as well as any other kudos due. Would you wish to crate and send the two paintings contracted for, or perhaps have me come for them. As it stands, I cannot sign the receiving report and until that happens the budget office cannot process the billing.

Cordially,
