Dear Jim:

Just a note to say that I am beginning work on the Pippin show and would appreciate any ideas or tips you might have in that regard.

Also, would you like me to send a dummy letter and a list of the people to be contacted or would you rather send me some Phillips Collection stationery and have me type the letters and send them to you for your signature?

Also I would like to know as closely as possible when the Phillips would like the show. Terry said early in March. Is this definite?

The Doves arrived here safely today. It is good to have them back. I hope your show went well.
