States that he has furnished homes for 446 freedmen since April last. That he has expended about $1200. for rations, medicines &cc. to meet which $375.00 was drawn from Treasury R.I.F. Ass'n. Desires the Bureau to pay that amount or they shall be compelled to discontinue.

Encloses bill of $395 against Bureau R.F. & A.L. for rations and medicines for 446 freedmen and for fitting up Barracks for the same.
