I fear we shall be compelled to draw the business to a close.

I do not know in what form the account should be presented, but have ventured to forward a bill of expenses refered to above. I also enclose a Statement of the expense of fitting up the Barracks Building with a few Bunks which were essential for the comfort of the Freed people, especially the Sick.
