Respectfully forwarded to Maj Gen O.O. Howard Comr. Bureau R.F. and A.L. for his information. This will undoubtedly be interesting to show the animus of the better class of citizens and officials. It is my hope that this feeling will increase until perfectly equal justice will be administered and the feeling against colored schools shall be entirely obliterated.
