Should want or famine befall that community hereafter, as apprehended, there will be more need of a Sub. Commissioner, or other officer of the Bureau to provide rations, and should sickness follow, sufficient in the opinion of this Officer to require medical attendance on the part of the Bureau, arrangements can then be made to give the required aid in this particular.
