Respectfully returned to J. R. Webster Agent &c. Sub-District of Rosedale with directions to use the guard placed at his disposal for the purpose to take the Nolan children in possession of Mr. Berry and deliver them to her parents. If Mr. Berry or any other person obstructs the enforcement of this order, Mr. Webster will cause them to be arrested and sent under charge of the guard to these Headquarters for trial by Military Commission.  These papers to be returned with report of action taken.
