testimony received from [[strikethrough]] different [[/strikethrough]] numerous persons that Lieut White has not been as accommodating as he could have been to those connected with him, and relying in a great measure on him, and this together with the causes already stated, appears to be the principal sources of complaint. 

When questioning Dr Pennyman in relation to his complaints, against Lieut White, he stated that he had no charges to make, except that Lt White had rendered himself extremely disagreeable, and that he endorsed the letters of Mr Wales, because he believed the contents to be true, but that he knew nothing beyond hearsay.
