Comm'dg' Military Sub-District of the Rio Grande

You are hereby commanded to have the body of Aaron G. Milsted, now in your custody or under your control before me, at my office, in the City of Brownsville, Texas, at 10 oclock A.M., on the 16th day of February inst. then and there to show by what right, or authority if any, you hold the said Aaron G. Milsted in Custody. Herein fail not, and make due return hereof according to law.

Given under my hand and the Seal of the County Court of Cameron County in the City of Brownsville, Texas, this Fifteenth day of February, A.D. 1867.
