Carroll thinks no doubt, that he was but few sheaves to lay before his Lord, but I think he will hear the welcome,  "Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few beings,  I will make thee ruler over many!"
"How long we live, not years but actions tell."
If any thing I have written is a comfort to you I am glad.  Words are too poor to express my love and sympathy for you all.   There is One who says " I will not leave you comfortless, I will come with you."
To this loving care, I commend you. 
O may He breathe into your aching hearts that "peace which passeth all understanding"; which the world can neither give nor take away.
