Hearken! Hearken!

Oh, hear the bell on Christmas morn,
They tell us that a King is born.
Behold a bright and gleaming star-
Oh, come and worship from afar.
See a Virgin Mother mild,
See a meek and holy Child,
Oh, hear the bells on Christmas ring -
What joyous news to men they bring!

Oh, hear the bells on Christmas Day,
They tell us what the angels say.
Behold an Infant pure and sweet -
Oh, come and worship at His feet.
See where Jesus rests His head,
See a humble manger bed,
Oh, hear the bells on Christmas ring -
The heav'nly hosts their praises sing!

Oh, hear the bells ring out with joy,
They tell us of an Infant Boy.
Behold our King in stable bare -
Oh, come adore the Baby fair.
See the savior of us all
Sleeping in a lowly stall,
Oh, hear the bells on Christmas ring -
What Joyous news to men they bring!
