Sept 3 Recd back stating the the action taken, mostly the military authority, and that he cannot therefore recommend the payment out of Bureau funds. Sept 5th Respectfully returned to Dr. Dehon. It appears from the papers in this case and the endorsement of the SC that this is not a legitimate claim upon this Bureau and cannot therefore be paid by it. APK A.A.A.G. |
