the funeral services of Lou's brother, who recently died.

Reginald and his wife are in New York; he may act in a play of Irene Lewis[[?]] in the Spring -

I am still profoundly happy living in a sunny little apartment with the son of my friend; the son is only 20, but brilliant and we have fine times together. I have a beaux of 23, most attractive, about whom I am crazy! Feel it disgraceful to fall for so young a man - but it is fun.

In June I may go to New York for a visit.... my plans are all undecided.... have many charming friends in California, so never want to leave it.

I doubt whether I will marry the man I last wrote you about. He is a dear, but I have not seen him for months, letters are often unsatisfactory, and I feel often his point of view may be too conservative for me.

What are you doing with the drawings. Some day I would like to have them back in America. Some people wanted me to have an exhibition in Los Angeles... but I have not the money to have them sent back, it is all so expensive.

Much love -
Beatrice.
