Dearest Bea:

A new problem has come up. Stuart Chaney, who designed the Leslie Howard "Hamlet" and who is to do three more big shows and possibly more is about to offer me a job as an assistant. He is one of the coming designers & is a really grand person. Working with him would be an advantage in publicity & association. It could very easily lead to other things. He will pay only $20.00 a week though. [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]]
