Dear Mr. Marsh:

We have been reminded by the Army Engineer Corps that you have equipment (camera, bedding, etc.) on loan from them. They consider this equipment non-expendable and will hold you responsible for it.

There, I suggest that you be sure to hold on to these items and bring them back. If you cannot bring them back would you be sure to turn them over to a responsible Army officer and get a receipt from him. In any event, make certain you can account for the camera.

Sincerely,
Hugh Rogers
