We are pleased to confirm your participation in the "Assemblage Art: A Poetic Transformation." This exhibition, at the Brea Civic & Cultural Center Gallery, will open November 5 and run through December 2, 1988.

As we discussed earlier, the artwork must be received at the Civic & Cultural Center Gallery by Saturday, October 22. For your convenience, we have set these delivery dates: Wednesday, October 19 10am-5pm; Thursday, October 20 10am-8pm; Friday, October 21 10am-5pm; Saturday, October 22 10am-5pm.

The art pieces selected from your collections are: 3 pieces of your choice.

All works may be available for sale. The City with retain a 30% commission on all sales.

For publicity and catalog purchases, please submit a black and white photograph of a piece in this show, your resume and/or biography. Please return this information along with a brief artist statement for the catalog about you and/or your work and a sign loan agreement in the self-address stamped envelope by October 17, 1988.
