Ronn first met Bart in Tuscon, Arizona and was a strong influence on having Bart and Kath move to Norfolk. Ronn is a controlling person and Bart & Kath soon stopped seeing him. Ronn collects art deco items and restores them. Another thing Ronn collects is the happy face image; any object with a yellow happy face. He & Anne dined together for several years. He suffers from insomnia now.
