Notice in regard to loans.

1. Any object received by the Association as a loan will be delivered only upon the written request of the lender or his authorized representative and the presentation of this receipt.

2. In case of death of a lender, the legal representative of the deceased shall notify the Director of the Museum forthwith giving his full name and address in writing.

3. Any object lent to the Museum for exhibition shall remain in the possession of the Museum for not less than six months unless otherwise indicated on this receipt or in an accompanying letter; and may be withdrawn from exhibition at any time by the person in charge of the museum exhibitions

4. The Museum will exercise the same precautions in respect to loans that are used for the safe keeping of its own property, but it does not insure objects which are lent for exhibition. Special arrangement for insurance will be made at the written request of the lender and at his expense.
