Forwards enclosed copies of complaints against Mr. H. W. Barry Agent at Goodman Miss. and directs an investigation and cause Mr. Barry to be suspended from all duty until an explanation is made.

Mr. Robinson is appointed Agent and will start for Vicksburg immediately

As none of the witnesses being within my control mere denial of Mr. Barry is all that can be obtained. I therefore recommend that Mr. Barry be directed to report in Washington, and there if deemed expedient
