A.F.R.A. in regard to opening a Branch employment office in N.Y. City, with it a "Home" for the children of mothers with Husbands who are to be employed to be under the Dist Asn with a Supt. Requests that the Bureau assume the rental of the building, and salary of the Supt. With the recommendation that a building be rented in N.Y. at a rate not to exceed $700. per year, and that one Agent be appointed at a salary not to exceed $50. per month, provided the Society shall agree in writing to pay all other expenses of said office |
