Warren with estimate of expense necessary for building and repairing at Hergan and Smallpox Hospital. Endorsed by Surgeon in Chief. The estimated improvements are absolutely necessary for the sick at Wilmington. Recommends that instead of two new buildings estimated for at Smallpox hospital one be erected 16 x 26 feet to be divided into a Cook House and Apartment for Head Master, also that the Dead House at Hergan Hospital be 10 x 12 feet instead of 12 x 16, as estimated.
