The disbursing Q.M. of the Division questions the right of the issuing of such orders also his right to pay them &c. Desires to be adviced in full what to do in the premises. Also states that Capt Matterson hired her stable at $4 per month, and left without paying her, after holding it for 2 months &c. Requests that these matters be attended to at once.
