V.R.C. to be ordered to be stationed further north - With remarks "I recommend that this officer be mustered out of service at once for reason set forth in extract of report of W.H. Sinclair and I consider it my duty to give this officer a severe reprimand in the order relieving him. His conduct has been most reprehensible. The inconvenience of convincing a Courty Martial on account of the great inconvenience and expence of processing testimony and witnesses is the only reason why I do not retain him for trial.
