Com'r. only; and have paid no old bills for repairs made by charitable societies, if any one of these old accounts is paid it will open the door for an application for settlements of all the expenses of this kind incurred for the last two years, requests instructions for this and similar cases, also as to whether I can pay for desks black boards, stoves, and other furniture as repairs." |
