Further it is understood that the Superintendent of the Public Schools, City of New Orleans La. will furnish all reports required by the Office Gen'l. Supt. of Educ'. Bu. R.F. and A.L. State of La to enable the Gen'l. Supt. of Educ. of the Bureau to make his Statistical Reports in accordance with the forms to the furnished by him; and that the Gen'l. Supt. of Educ. Bu. &. has the privileg at any time to inspect the col'd. Schools of this city.
