Farther it is understood that the Superintendent of the Public Schools, City of New Orleans La. will furnish all reports required by the Office Genl'. Supt. Educ. Bu. R. F. and A. L. State of La. to enable the Genl'. Supt'. of Educ'. to make his Statistical Reports in accordance with forms to be furnished by him and that the Genl'. Supt'. of Educ'. of this Bureau has the privileg at any time to inspect the col'd. Schools of this city
