Sir:
The Collector of Customs at Mobile having informed this Department of the intended removal of the Military Hospital at that port from the Marine Hospital building the latter part of this month, I have the honor to call attention to a letter addressed the War Department on this subject, dated 13th July last, and to request as early a reply as practicable, in order that proper arrangements may be made for the Marine patients now cared for my the Military authorities.
