Section 1. The Guild's finances will be made up of initiation fees, dues, and fines collected.

Amendments
Section 1. Amendments shall be added as they are deemed necessary.
A bylaw is a law made by an organization for the regulation of its own local affairs. Where the constitution determines the general policy and aim of the organization, the bylaws usually relate to specific points that are not of sufficient general importance to be included in the constitution. A bylaw is a secondary law. It usually covers such details as the number forming a quorum, the rights and duties of members, finances, amendments, and the order of business.
