shutters. Hall cut off by beautiful arched door [[?]]in back of it small arched cross passage with arches valley in pendentives & columns in corners. Very 16th Faces of pilasters ornamented
with half oval columns set in niches. This [[?]] is characteristic of  
 fireplaces & whole house. Chapel in one
wing has deep cove.  This floor [[?]] of [[?]]rooms had a [[?]] cupola with arched dormers. Many beautiful carved details
