Large square room coved ceiling, Palladian windows three in a line either side, seat painted green all around wall. Musicians gallery. Two dressing rooms with fireplaces 

Chestnut St filled with beautiful houses 

Nicoll House. Old house stick fence with square gate posts - carved wooden vases with flowers & chapeau by McIntyre. Garden shut off by acorn crowned posts joined with chains: Arrow every ten ft. each railing. At back coach house in wood
