The organization of the educational department is increasing in efficiency, and now reaches the most remote parts of my District, According to the Report of Wm H. Day, my Supt, of Schools for the District, it appears, that owing to the vacation (preceeding this quarter) which in many instances extended to October, and the suspension of Schools during the holidays, the average report during the quarter was somewhat reduced although the November report shows more pupils enrolled than
